Claudia Fimbres
Born in Sinaloa Mexico. Went to Culinary School in Tijuana and been cooking in different countries, always representing the Mexican food and her roots. Feels very honored to share Mexico through every dish, and Culture in every way, specially to her kids which are born in Canada with a mexican hearth.
Brad Pho
Born in Alberta, spending most of his life cooking about 30 years in Saskatchewan, and now specializing on Authentic Mexican food after meeting his life partner Claudia. Spending many visits to Mexico with their kids making this project come true.
